**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves reaching out to prospective clients, explaining our services, and converting leads into business opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and societies to promote company services.
- Explain offerings clearly and persuasively to generate interest.
- Handle inbound calls, resolve queries, and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with leads and schedule meetings for the management team.
- Maintain records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in CRM/software.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and conversion targets.
- Collaborate with managers to share client requirements and feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Confidence in handling outbound and inbound calls.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
- Prior telesales/inside sales experience is an added advantage (freshers may also apply).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
