**Job Overview**:
Pinnacle Generators is looking to hire a dynamic and results-oriented Telesales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to promote and sell our products, generate leads, and maintain relationships with existing customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell our products.
- Respond to inbound calls and inquiries about products and services.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- 1 to 5 years of experience in telesales or inside sales.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and effectively handle objections.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
- Goal-oriented, with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Previous experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus but not mandatory.
