**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly active and enthusiastic Page Comment Engager to manage comment sections on our brand’s Facebook and Instagram pages. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy interacting on social media and are passionate about building engagement, responding to queries, and creating a positive brand presence in comment threads. Freshers and students who are active on social media platforms are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to comments on Facebook and Instagram posts in real-time or during scheduled hours
- Reply to questions and feedback in a friendly, brand-aligned tone
- Encourage user interaction and guide commenters to take desired actions such as visiting the website or sending a direct message
- Remove or report inappropriate or spam comments following company policies
- Track high-performing posts and share insights with the content team
- Suggest improvements to increase engagement and comment quality
- Collaborate with the social media team to understand brand messaging and tone

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Strong communication skills in English or local language
- Active and familiar with Facebook and Instagram platforms
- Ability to respond quickly and appropriately to different types of comments
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Basic understanding of brand tone and social media etiquette
- Freshers are welcome; no formal experience required
