**About the Role**:
We are seeking a **Facebook Group Posting Executive** who will be responsible for sharing promotional content across relevant Facebook groups. This role requires someone who understands group dynamics, follows community guidelines, and can maintain consistency in posting to maximize visibility and engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and join relevant, high-engagement Facebook groups based on target audience.
- Post pre-approved content consistently across multiple groups.
- Maintain a posting schedule and avoid spam flags or group removals.
- Track post performance (likes, comments, shares, engagement).
- Respond to comments or inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a report of groups joined, posts made, and engagement metrics.
- Ensure all activity complies with Facebook's community standards and group rules.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of Facebook and its group features
- Good written communication skills
- Understanding of audience targeting and niche communities
- Ability to work independently and manage a daily posting schedule
- Attention to detail to avoid duplications or rule violations
- Basic reporting skills (tracking engagement and post performance).
