Administrative Assistant/receptionist

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Front Desk Management**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Arrange for Water / Welcome drink
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Manage visitor logs, issue visitor passes, and ensure adherence to security protocols.
**Office Administration**:
- Oversee daily office operations, including maintaining office supplies and equipment [Housekeeping team, Toiletry items, Stationary, Printing process etc.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and packages.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- IT Coordination - Printing, Refills, System repairs.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office-related needs. Example
- Uniforms, Stationary prints - Broachers, Letterheads, V Cards, Dairies etc.,
- Bill Payments - Electricity, BWSSB, Phone bills.
- Coordination with the Telephone departments - Sim / Network issue any.
- Petty Cash Handling.
- Assist with on boarding new employees, including preparing workstations and providing necessary materials.
- Maintain and update office records, including contact lists, employee directories, and filing systems.
**Event Coordination**:
- Organize and support office events, meetings, and celebrations.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff when required.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
