We are currently seeking a talented, experienced, and motivated Online Bidder to join our team.

**QUALIFICATION**
- **B.Tech / MCA / MBA**

**Requirements**:

- Hands-on knowledge of creating an agency account and optimizing the account on Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer & Guru.
- You are responsible for acquiring new clients and figuring out emerging opportunities on all these platforms.
- Digital Marketing services will be SEO, SMM, SMO, Graphic design, PPC and Lead Generation
- Find the right jobs and write proposals for them
- Analyze client requirements and provide appropriate bidding solutions
- Estimate the project price based on the requirements gathered
- Explore and develop new business opportunities and understand client’s requirements and acquisition
- Submitting a completed bid to an existing or prospective client, on time and within budget
- Get involved in the project delivery in case any issue arises in terms of clarification of scope, addition to the existing scope
- Negotiation and Closure
- Meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
- Participating in sales team meetings.
- A team player who can closely coordinate with the higher management

**Skills Required**:

- Command on Freelancing platforms Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer & Guru
- Proposal writing
- Knowledge of drafting business proposals
- Business development process
- Business sales strategy
- Analyze marketing trends
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Hardworking, organized, efficient, and creative work ethic
- Available to work according to the demand of the work process
- Fluent in English

**Job Types: Permanent, Full-time**

**Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month**
