Product Operations Associate

About us:
What you’ll do:
- Be the first point of contact for all escalations concerning our product and platform - liaise between customer-facing and tech-facing teams to investigate issues and deliver resolution-
- Manage our relationships with various domain registries, across various dimensions like product, finance, and compliance.-
- Identify challenges and areas of improvement within the product/platform environment: identify solutions, prepare specifications and collaborate with engineering to implement-
- Own the bug-fix process: have a finger on the pulse of the system, identify new issues and triage among known ones, manage prioritization and fixes-
- Work closely with the engineering and development team on implementation of business-as-usual tasks-
- Perform regular audit of our product suite, ensure our domain portfolio is in sync with registry so losses and customer complaints from leakage are avoided-
- Be the primary liaison for all operational teams (compliance, legal, finance, etc.) across our wholesale and international retail brands for matters concerning the domains product portfolio-
- Coordinate with counterparts across the org to ensure the needs and challenges of all consumer brands integrated with the Orderbox, Dreamscape and Braveheart platforms are duly addressed-
- Review product and system performance ongoingly; coordinate with BI teams to setup and review dashboards, share insights with all stakeholders periodically-
- Actively participate in developing product strategy - define what we should build and why-
- Troubleshoot product issues and answer product questions - be the platform owner and expert.- Who you are:
- 2 years of successful experience in the org-
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills-
- Strong sense of customer empathy and an eagerness to talk to customers and help them succeed-
- Strong understanding of all dimensions of our business: product/tech, customers, competition, industry etc.-
- Analytical, data-informed thinking coupled with experience of hands-on data exploration using SQL, Excel, etc.-
- Passion to self-motivate, get-things-done attitude, and the hustle to execute against all obstacles.-
- Ability to influence without authority, communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders and drive consensus- Why you’ll love us.
