About the Role:
We are hiring for our Product Control team, focused on trade operations and reconciliations. The role involves ensuring accuracy of trades and positions, investigating breaks, and working with stakeholders to resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily trade lifecycle activities including reconciliations, trade capture, and settlements.
  • Investigate and resolve breaks/exceptions in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and publish control reports to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with front office, trade support, and back-office teams.
  • Identify risks and ensure compliance with governance policies.
  • Support process improvements and automation initiatives.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of trade lifecycle (front-to-back).
  • Hands-on experience in reconciliations, trade capture, and settlements.
  • Good Excel skills; knowledge of VBA / Python / Alteryx preferred.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • BFSI / Capital Markets background is mandatory.
