**Job Title**: B2B Executive

**Location**: Madurai

**Job Purpose**:
The **B2B E**xecutive is responsible for driving the company's B2B sales strategy, fostering strong relationships with business clients, and generating new business opportunities. The role focuses on managing key accounts, expanding partnerships, and delivering tailored solutions to meet the needs of business clients. The B2B Executive will work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to drive revenue growth and ensure client satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Business Development**:

- Identify and target potential B2B clients, focusing on both new business acquisition and expanding relationships with existing clients.
- Develop and execute a B2B sales strategy to meet revenue and growth objectives.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitive landscape.
- Build a pipeline of business opportunities and manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
- Provide ongoing support and service to clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.
- Act as a point of contact for key accounts, addressing any issues or concerns and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and deliver customized solutions that align with their goals.
- **Sales Strategy and Execution**:

- Work with senior management to align B2B sales strategies with company goals and market trends.
- Negotiate and close contracts with new and existing clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
- Drive the sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, presenting, and contract negotiation.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and adjust strategies to meet targets.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure that B2B solutions are aligned with client needs.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that resonate with B2B audiences.
- Provide insights and feedback to the product development team regarding market demands and client expectations.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and account performance.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior leadership, highlighting achievements, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Utilize CRM software and other tools to manage leads, opportunities, and client interactions.

**Key Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong B2B sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Relationship-building skills with a customer-centric approach
- Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics
- Ability to analyze sales data and generate reports
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Strong organizational and time management skills

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred)
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
- Experience in managing large accounts and complex sales processes
- Strong network and industry connections within the target market (industry-specific knowledge is a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
