**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead Generation & Bidding**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities on **Upwork**, **Freelancer**, and similar platforms.
- **Proposal Management**: Create compelling proposals and bid responses to attract high-value clients.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients.
- **Sales Strategy & Execution**: Develop and execute business development strategies, track progress, and manage the sales pipeline.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with company goals.

**Qualifications**
- 1-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management.
- Proven experience with **Upwork**, **Freelancer**, and other bidding platforms.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage client relationships and oversee the sales pipeline.
