Job Description: Sales Executive

Position Title : Sales Executive

Department : Sales - Mobile Section

Location : Chandapura, Attibele, Hosur

Reports To: Store Manager / Store In charge

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities
- Customer Assistance:

- Greet and engage customers courteously.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable mobile phones and accessories.
- Explain features, benefits, and differences between models, brands, and price ranges.
- Sales and Upselling:

- Achieve assigned daily/monthly sales targets.
- Promote high-margin models and accessories (e.g., cases, screen guards, chargers).
- Offer product bundles, extended warranties, and EMI/finance schemes.
- Product Knowledge:

- Stay updated on the latest mobile models, specifications, and technology.
- Maintain knowledge of mobile operating systems, camera quality, battery life, etc.
- Attend regular training sessions by OEMs and in-house product teams.
- Inventory & Merchandising:

- Ensure proper display of phones, demo models, and POP materials.
- Maintain cleanliness and stock availability in the mobile sales area.
- Report low stock levels to the inventory team.
- Billing & Documentation:

- Assist with the billing process or guide customers to the cash counter.
- Handle warranty documentation, customer registration, and mobile activation.
- After-Sales Support:

- Guide customers on product usage, setup, and service center information.
- Handle minor technical support and raise service requests as needed.
- Store Standards:

- Follow grooming standards and dress code.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and security protocols within the store.

Key Skills Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities
- Good understanding of mobile technology
- Customer-first attitude

Qualification & Experience

Education: - 12th Pass or Graduate (preferred)

Experience: - 0-3 years in mobile or electronics retail sales

Language: - Proficiency in local language + basic English/Hindi
