**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and target potential clients for Odoo ERP solutions through direct marketing, networking, and relationship-building activities.
- **Sales Development**: Develop and execute sales strategies to convert leads into clients for ERP implementation services.
- **Client Engagement**: Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their business needs and recommending appropriate Odoo solutions.
- **Product Presentation**: Conduct product demos and presentations to explain the value proposition of Odoo ERP, highlighting features that address specific client needs.
- **Market Research**: Analyze market trends, competitors, and client feedback to develop effective sales strategies and identify new market opportunities.
- **Sales Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status, using CRM tools.
- **Event Marketing and Networking**: Attend industry events, trade shows, and business networking meetings to represent the company and generate sales leads.
- **Collaboration with Marketing Team**: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging and brand promotion, ensuring that leads generated from campaigns are followed up and converted.

**Key Skills**:

- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, with a focus on B2B sales.
- Proven track record in generating leads and converting them into customers.
- Experience in sales or marketing of ERP tools such as **Odoo, Tally, Zoho, or similar software** is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and present tailored ERP solutions.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of CRM systems to track sales activities and client interactions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on ERP solutions or software services.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
