**Job Description - Business Development Intern (Field Sales)**

**Location**: Bangalore (JP Nagar, BTM, Jayanagar, or Koramangala)

**About the Role**:
As a Business Development Intern at **Lumeth**, you will be responsible for onboarding salons and beauty service providers to our platform. This is a **field-based B2B sales internship**, where you’ll **choose your preferred work location** (JP Nagar, BTM, Jayanagar, or Koramangala) and engage directly with business owners to expand Lumeth’s salon partner network. You’ll gain hands-on experience in sales, communication, and startup growth strategy while working closely with the core team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Visit salons in your assigned or preferred location.
- Pitch Lumeth’s offerings and onboard partners to the platform.
- Maintain records of outreach, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Share partner feedback with the core strategy team.
- Collaborate with marketing for proper partner visibility.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Bangalore-based students or recent graduates.
- Strong communication in English and one South Indian language.
- Passion for sales, fieldwork, and startups.
- Willingness to travel locally.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and confident in B2B interactions.
