**Responsibilities & Key Deliverables**
- Efficient management of production of all departments and as per the user plant requirements.
- Production Planning and sequencing of daily production plan, for optimum output and daily schedule adherence.
- Strong focus on "Daily work Management"
- Taking care of day to day activities related to stores function.
- Managing the entire store function
- Coordinate & provide supporting hand to customers such as production & quality department.
- Planning of Process, ensuring no defect and on time delivery.
- Planning and organizing material through proper inventory management and maintaining required inventory levels.
- Handling critical suppliers & Follow-up as per schedule & monitoring all development stages of product.
- Working closely with manufacturing so as to ensure strict schedule adherence - model mix/volume.
- Drive and implement management systems and initiatives such as TPM, 5s, KAIZEN.
- Good industrial relations to ensure harmonious work environment and maintain good ER and develop the skill of the associates.
- Driving several improvement projects such as OIT, CIT, Kaizens etc and contributing to revenue savings.
- Maintain shop floor discipline and ensure adherence to safe working practices
- Ensure safety procedures are followed at all levels and good housekeeping levels are maintained
- Regular interaction with SQA, PPC, Maintenance and Quality to deliver the targets.
- Ensuring system adherance under TS16949, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001.
