
Field Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Field Sales Executive. This role is ideal for a fresher or someone with 1+ years of experience who is passionate about sales and enjoys interacting with customers. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products/services while traveling throughout Mumbai using public transportation, which will be reimbursed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting sales visits to potential and existing customers across Mumbai to promote our products/services.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions to meet their requirements.
- Demonstrating our products/services to customers and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Achieving sales targets and objectives set by the company.
- Providing feedback to the sales team and management on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel extensively throughout Mumbai using public transportation (reimbursement provided).
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets is an advantage.
- Product demonstration skills would be advantageous but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be flexible with timings (10 am to 7 pm) and willing to work occasional weekends if required.
