Commercial Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Negotiate and manage **corporate rate contracts** and **B2B pricing deals** to support business growth and profitability.
- Handle the end-to-end process of **commercial agreements**, including drafting, review, negotiation, and execution.
- Develop customized **commercial proposals** and pricing structures based on client requirements and market positioning.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment on commercial strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with **corporate clients, channel partners, and institutional buyers**.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and client behavior to optimize commercial performance.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal requirements, and contract terms during all commercial dealings.
- Support the preparation and submission of **tenders, proposals, and business pitches**.
- Track and report on commercial KPIs, revenue forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Coordinate with finance for **credit control**, payment follow-ups, and resolution of billing discrepancies.
**Requirements**:
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
