
Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and source potential customers interested in home loans through networking, referrals, and site visits.
- Educate customers about home loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, documentation, and process flow.
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams to ensure timely loan processing and disbursal.
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong post-sales relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in home loan or financial product sales
- Strong knowledge of mortgage and lending products, especially home loans.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
