- Scopely is looking for a **Talent Researcher** to join our team in Bangalore, India on a full-time basis in the office.

**What You’ll Do**:
Map our competitors to best understand their structure, talent, and top performers-
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisitionAssist with other recruitment-related activities as needed**About You**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field-
- 2+ years of experience in talent research or related field-
- Experience in the gaming or entertainment industry is a plus-
- Interest in talent name generation and company mapping-
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities-
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools-
