ERM Global Investors is seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated **Telecaller** to join our dynamic real estate team. As a Telecaller, you will play a key role in building strong relationships with prospective clients, offering them information about our real estate projects, and converting leads into sales opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce them to ERM Global Investors' real estate offerings.
- **Product Knowledge**: Provide detailed information about our real estate projects, including pricing, specifications, and benefits.
- **Client Engagement**: Establish rapport with prospects and maintain regular communication to build strong relationships.
- **Sales Support**: Assist in the lead qualification process and schedule appointments for senior sales teams for site visits and further discussions.
- **Follow-ups**: Conduct follow-up calls with leads and prospects to nurture them and convert interest into sales.
- **Data Entry & Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and lead status in CRM systems.
- **Customer Service**: Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction during the sales process.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a confident and friendly phone demeanor.
- **Real Estate Knowledge (preferred)**: Familiarity with real estate terminology, market trends, and current projects is a plus.
- **Sales Skills**: Ability to persuade and influence potential clients, with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- **Basic Computer Skills**: Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM tools is a plus.
- **Target-Oriented**: Comfortable working towards sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to handle client queries effectively and professionally.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is preferred.
- Experience in real estate sales or telecalling is an advantage.
