**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Ecommerce Order Processing**: Manage order fulfillment for online orders across multiple ecommerce platforms.
- **Logistics Coordination**: Handle shipment scheduling, courier tracking, and ensure timely deliveries.
- **Inventory Management**: Maintain accurate stock records and coordinate with the warehouse team.
- **Billing & Invoicing**: Generate invoices, process payments, and reconcile accounts.
- **Vendor & Courier Coordination**: Liaise with third-party logistics partners and resolve shipping-related issues.
- **Returns & Refund Management**: Process customer returns and refunds efficiently.
- **Documentation & Reporting**: Maintain records of transactions, billing, and logistics reports.
- **Compliance & Reconciliation**: Ensure GST compliance, account reconciliation, and timely settlement of invoices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in ecommerce logistics and accounts billing.
- Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and ecommerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Knowledge of GST, invoicing, and financial reconciliation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
