**Job Title**: E-commerce Executive

**Reports To**: E-commerce Manager / Sales Manager

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain online product catalogs on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
- Upload and update product listings with accurate descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory status.
- Monitor daily sales, analyze performance metrics, and prepare reports for management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to implement promotions, offers, and campaigns.
- Handle order processing, customer queries, and coordination with logistics for timely deliveries.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Optimize product listings for better visibility and sales.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth online operations.
- Ensure brand consistency across all online platforms.

**Requirements & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, E-commerce, or related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in managing e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
- Strong understanding of digital sales, SEO, and online customer engagement.
- Familiarity with e-commerce tools, CMS, and analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable sales strategies.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work.

**Desirable**:

- Knowledge of graphic designing tools for product images.
- Experience in online advertising campaigns (PPC, Google Ads, social media).
- Understanding of inventory and logistics management systems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
