**Job description**

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing product listings on various online marketplaces and ensuring efficient order processing. Your role is vital to our e-commerce operations, and you will play a key part in enhancing the customer shopping experience and driving sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Product Listing and Management**:

- Create and optimize product listings on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa, Nykaa Fashion, TataCliq, Ajio, Shopify and more.
- Ensure accurate and attractive product descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Monitor product performance, inventory levels, and pricing competitiveness.

**2. Order Processing**:

- Receive and process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure prompt order fulfillment.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer inquiries related to orders.
- Monitor and maintain order tracking and shipping information.
- Knowledge of Unicommerce is a plus.

**3. Marketplace Optimization**:

- Keep up-to-date with platform policies, rules, and best practices to ensure compliance and success.
- Optimize product listings and storefronts to maximize conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
- Regularly analyze marketplace data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

**Qualification**

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

2. Proven experience in e-commerce product listing and order processing.

3. Familiarity with various e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.

4. Strong understanding of work optimization.

5. Excellent organizational and time management skills.

6. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.

7. Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.

8. Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes is a plus.

9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and e-commerce software/tools.

1. Strong excel skills would be mandatory.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: ₹10,714.55 - ₹37,825.89 per month
