About the Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive with 6 months to 1 year of experience. The role involves managing product listings, inventory, and promotions across online marketplaces and e-commerce websites to help grow sales and improve customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Upload and maintain product listings on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.
  • Write and update product descriptions, titles, images, and pricing.
  • Monitor stock levels, coordinate with warehouse/logistics for timely order fulfillment.
  • Track daily sales, returns, and customer feedback.
  • Assist in running campaigns, offers, and coupons on marketplaces.
  • Generate basic reports on sales, inventory, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with marketplace guidelines and resolve listing issues.

Requirements

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in e-commerce operations or online marketplace management.
  • Familiarity with Seller Central / vendor dashboards on Amazon, Flipkart, or similar platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO for product listings and keyword usage.
  • Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets for reports.
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
