Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic E-commerce Manager to oversee and drive our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platforms, optimizing customer experience, implementing digital marketing strategies, and ensuring overall revenue growth through online sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the e-commerce strategy to drive online sales growth and enhance customer engagement.
- Manage online sales channels including website, marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.), and social commerce platforms.
- Optimize product listings, pricing strategies, promotions, and inventory management to maximize profitability.
- Monitor website performance, traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify/ Magento dashboards, etc.).
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to implement digital campaigns, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media initiatives.
- Manage customer service processes related to online sales to ensure timely query resolution and excellent customer experience.
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams for smooth order fulfillment and supply chain efficiency.
- Analyze competitors, industry trends, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Prepare regular performance reports, track KPIs, and present actionable insights to senior management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 3–6 years of experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or online retail operations.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.) and online marketplaces.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
