**Job Description: E-commerce Executive**

**Job Title**: E-commerce Executive
**Location**: [MOHALI]
**Reports To**: E-commerce Manager / Marketing Director

6 days working
10am to 7pm

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Manage Online Storefront**:

- Ensure product listings are accurate and up-to-date, including pricing, descriptions, and images across all platforms.
- **Monitor Sales Performance**:

- Analyze website traffic, sales data, and conversion rates from different e-commerce platforms.
- Provide regular reports on key metrics and performance trends.
- **Inventory & Order Management**:

- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure efficient inventory management using tools like **Unicommerce**.
- Track and monitor stock levels to ensure products are always available for customers.
- Manage the entire order cycle, from placement to fulfillment and delivery, across multiple e-commerce platforms.
- **Digital Marketing & SEO**:

- Manage promotional activities, discounts, and seasonal campaigns across all e-commerce channels.
- **Customer Service**:

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests across different platforms, providing timely and effective responses.
- **Payment & Security Management**:

- Oversee payment gateway integrations and ensure that transactions are secure and compliant with regulations on various platforms.
- Resolve any payment or transaction-related issues that arise.
- **Competitive Research & Market Analysis**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and market changes in the e-commerce landscape.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field.
- **Experience**:

- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.
- Experience in digital marketing, including **PPC** (Pay-Per-Click), SEO, and SEM campaigns.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in e-commerce management tools like **Unicommerce**.
- Knowledge of inventory management and fulfillment processes across multiple platforms.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
