**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Platform Management**:

- Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms such as Flipkart, Amazon, and others.
- Ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate and up-to-date.

2. **Order Processing**:

- Monitor and process customer orders efficiently.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products.

3. **Customer Service**:

- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer feedback and reviews on various platforms.

4. **Inventory Management**:

- Track inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to replenish stock as needed.
- Ensure accurate inventory records are maintained.

5. **Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Utilize basic Excel skills to analyze sales data and generate reports.
- Identify trends and provide insights to improve sales performance.

6. **Promotional Activities**:

- Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns and discounts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance product visibility and drive sales.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Graduate degree in any field.
- **Experience**: Basic knowledge and experience with e-commerce platforms such as Flipkart, Amazon, etc.
- **Technical Skills**:Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data management.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to manage multiple tasks with a high level of accuracy.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to address and resolve customer issues effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
