**Job Title: E-commerce Executive**

An e-commerce executive plays a vital role in the day-to-day operations of an online store. With 1-2 years of experience, you'll be expected to contribute to various aspects of the e-commerce function, working collaboratively across departments to drive sales and improve customer experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage product listings: Create, edit, and optimize product descriptions, titles, and images to improve search ranking and conversion rates.
- Maintain product inventory: Track stock levels, update inventory data, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure smooth fulfillment.
- Process orders: Ensure accurate and timely order processing, including handling customer inquiries and managing returns.
- Manage product listings: Create, edit, and optimize product descriptions, titles, and images to improve search ranking and user experience.
- Assist with inventory management: Monitor stock levels, identify potential stockouts, and coordinate with internal teams for restocking.
- Process orders: Fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely dispatch.
- Provide basic customer service: Address customer inquiries related to orders, products, and website functionality.
