**Job Title: Product Sales Voice Support**

**Location**: Chennai

As a Product Sales Voice Support, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with leads via voice calls, understand their needs, explain product features and benefits, and convert them into loyal customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to promote and sell products.
- Provide detailed product information to potential customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to improve sales strategies.
- Follow up with prospects who have shown interest but not yet made a purchase.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in voice-based sales or customer support is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and persuasive selling skills.
- Ability to quickly understand products and explain them clearly.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
