As we expand our market presence, we’re looking for a motivated **Sales Assistant or Sales Coordinator** to join our team and help drive sales through excellent customer engagement and support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in day-to-day sales operations, including processing orders and managing customer inquiries
- Promote water bottle products through in-store displays, online platforms, and promotional events
- Support the sales team with lead generation and client follow-ups
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to answer customer questions effectively
- Track inventory and report low stock or high-demand items
- Gather customer feedback and report insights to the marketing and product teams

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail or sales preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for sustainability and promoting eco-conscious products
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or events
