**Number of Vacancy: 1**

**Location**: Chennai

**Must have experienced in MIS Position
- Should have good communication skills (Tamil & English)
- Hindi speaking is an added advantage
- Experienced in Insurance sector is highly recommended
- Must have good knowledge and previous experience in Advanced Excel
- Must have experience in report generation
- Maintaining sales reports and also coordinating with sales team
- Generate daily, weekly, monthly, Quarterly, Half yearly and Yearly reports
- Track operational KPIs such as policy issuance time, claim settlement ratios, and loss ratios
- Coordinate between different teams to standardize data entry and reduce discrepancies
- Develop and maintain dashboards and performance indicators related to policy issuance, claims processing, and agent performance.
- Automate reports and dashboards using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in an MIS or data analytics role, preferably in the insurance sector.
- Strong command over Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros), SQL, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Familiarity with insurance workflows - policy life cycle, claims process, underwriting rules.
- Knowledge of regulatory reporting formats for IRDAI and other authorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
