**Job Title**: Secretary/ Personal Assistant
**Location**: Goregaon, Mumbai
**Reports To**:Managing Director
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and maintain the MD’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
- Act as the point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Organize and prepare materials for board meetings, executive meetings, and presentations.
- Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) for confidential and business-critical documents.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and external contacts.
- Act as a gatekeeper and screen requests to manage the MD’s time effectively.
- Follow up on delegated tasks and projects to ensure timely completion.
- Handle personal errands or administrative tasks on behalf of the MD.
**Required Qualification and Skills**:
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Personal Assistant or Secretary, preferably supporting senior executives.
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Able to manage multiple priorities at a time.
- Quick learner with excellent grasping ability and a proactive approach to acquiring new skills or tools.
- Flexible and adaptable, capable of adjusting to changing priorities and dynamic work environments.
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of digital collaboration tools.
Pay: ₹312,576.21 - ₹700,000.00 per year
