The Supply Chain Services group part of Product Support & Logistics Division currently has a job opening for a ‘Inventory Records Coordinator Inventory Records Coordinator’ position located in Bangalore, India facility.

**Data Accuracy & Records Tracking (DART) Team Overview**:
The Data Accuracy & Records Tracking (DART) being part of SCS group is responsible for seamless execution of critical processes for Caterpillar manufacturing facilities in the areas of New Product Introduction (NPI), Electronic Data Interface (EDI), shipping Label and Analytics solutions. Supply Chain Services team delivers value by initiating and participating in business-critical projects and solutions.

**Inventory Records Coordinator (DART) - JOB PURPOSE**:
This position is responsible to improve inbound receiving efficiency for facilities that include Caterpillar manufacturing, logistics centers, and cross-dock facilities located globally through on time support on the daily ASN (Advance Shipment Notice) requests from facilities, manage Misdirected ASNs and coordinate with suppliers to ensure SP20 shipping label to meet enterprise standards.

**JOB DUTIES**:
Responsibilities of ‘DART - Inventory Records Coordinator’ may include, but are not limited to:

- Review and resolve facility ASN requests / issues
- Collaborate with DART internal teams to resolve ASN grief
- Track, analyze and resolve Misdirected ASNs from suppliers
- Coordinate with suppliers to improve shipping label Conformance and Accuracy
- Coordinate and resolve ASN/IDoc escalations from DART grief team
- Troubleshoot technical issues by coordinating with the respective teams
- Perform daily Quality audits to capture and fix any process gaps
- Prepare daily and monthly metrics to monitor and improve the on-time ASN grief resolution
- Train and on-board new team members in the team on the process deliverables

**POSITION IMPACTS**:
Incumbent is responsible to contribute in achieving the enterprise EDI ASN & SP20 label standard goals for global facilities in order to improve their receiving efficiency.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- College or university degree in Commerce/Science/Engineering background
- 2 - 4 years of work experience in corporate / Supply Chain / Logistics / Warehouse inbound functions
- Experience with statistical analysis using MS Excel (create/edit pivot tables, v-lookups, etc., and interpret results)
- Effective oral and written communications skills required to collaborate with a wide variety of teams to achieve project deliverables
- Must be flexible to work in different shifts to have enough overlap with global teams

**ADDITIONAL **JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Preferable to have working experience with multiple ERP systems like SAP, Mainframe, etc.
- Must have excellent analytical, complex problem-solving abilities
- Must have a strong customer focus and teamwork
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task various responsibilities
- Independently work on issue resolution and enhancements to existing solutions
