Position Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Executive – Inventory to join our team. The role involves maintaining accurate records of stock, managing data entry, and ensuring smooth inventory operations. Candidates with a background as an OT Pharmacist/Technician will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
● Maintain Records: Ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory data in Excel and internal systems.
● Monitor Stock: Track stock levels, requisitions, and consumption to avoid discrepancies or shortages.
● Reporting & Audits: Support regular audits and prepare clear, timely inventory reports.
● Team & Vendor Coordination: Work closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth stock flow and availability.
● Issue Resolution: Identify, report, and resolve inventory mismatches or discrepancies promptly.
