We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Specialist to oversee and manage end-to-end inventory operations. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of stock movements, ensuring proper documentation of inward and outward inventory, and supporting the Finance and Management teams with reconciliations, reporting, and MIS. The position requires strong expertise in ERP systems, financial compliance, and inventory accounting to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
RequirementsResponsibilities
- Manage day-to-day inventory operations, including stock monitoring, inward/outward movement, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records to ensure data integrity and compliance with financial controls.
- Conduct regular reconciliations and support the Finance team in preparing inventory-related reports and MIS.
- Identify discrepancies, investigate variances, and implement corrective measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth inventory management processes.
- Optimize inventory practices to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and minimize losses.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Proven experience in inventory management and control.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and inventory accounting practices.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
