Job Description: (CA Mandatory)

Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification to manage and optimize our inventory systems. This role combines your expertise in financial management with a strategic approach to inventory control. You will be responsible for ensuring accuracy in inventory records, reconciling discrepancies, and providing valuable insights to support our financial and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management
: Oversee and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and reduce carrying costs. Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile physical counts with system records.

Financial Oversight:
Leverage your CA expertise to analyze inventory costs, manage financial reporting related to inventory, and identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.

Data Analysis:
Analyze inventory data to forecast demand, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations. Prepare detailed financial reports and inventory performance metrics for senior management.

Order Processing:
Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Manage purchase orders, track shipments, and ensure inventory is aligned with business needs.

System Maintenance:
Maintain and update inventory management systems, ensuring accurate data entry and system integrity. Implement and enforce inventory control procedures and best practices.

Problem Resolution:
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, including missing or damaged items. Work with suppliers and internal teams to address and rectify issues efficiently.

Compliance:
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and industry standards related to inventory management and financial reporting.

Qualifications:

Experience
: 1-2 Years Experienced in inventory management or a related field, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.

Education:
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA). Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Skills:

Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Effective communication skills for interacting with cross-functional teams and presenting financial reports.

Organizational Skills
: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
