Role Overview

An exciting opportunity to lead the
Corporate Finance & Accounting function
for a global group.

The role involves
end-to-end financial accounting, intercompany reconciliations, audit coordination, and process improvement
across multiple entities. The ideal candidate will drive accuracy, compliance, and efficiency while leading a team and supporting key corporate projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage
    financial accounting, reporting, and month-end book closure
    for corporate entities.
  • Oversee
    intercompany reconciliations
    , debit/credit notes, and intercompany loans.
  • Lead and coordinate
    statutory, internal, and external audits
    ; ensure compliance and timely resolution of queries.
  • Participate in
    corporate initiatives
    related to technology upgrades, tax, and restructuring.
  • Supervise the finance team and drive
    automation and process efficiency
    .
  • Handle
    bank reconciliations, payment runs, and invoice accounting
    .
  • Maintain and update
    SOPs
    to strengthen internal controls.

Candidate Profile

  • Qualification:
    Qualified CAs / MBA (Finance) / Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant / M.Com with 5+ Years of experience
  • Experience:
    5+ years in
    corporate accounting, reporting, and controllership, commodity trading
    roles within the
    industry
    .
  • Hands-on expertise in
    ERP systems
    – MS Dynamics 365, SAP, or Oracle.
  • Strong exposure to
    R2R, P2P, O2C
    , and
    intercompany accounting
    .
  • Experience handling
    audits with Big 4 or reputed firms
    preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
