Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Specialist, located in Bengaluru.

  • Handle vendor payments, invoice processing, and account reconciliations.

  • Ensure compliance with TDS, GST, and other statutory requirements.

  • Manage monthly payroll and maintain employee reimbursement and deduction records.

  • Prepare MIS reports such as P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.

  • Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely finalization of annual accounts.

  • Manage cash flow, fund positions, and internal financial controls.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication skills for internal and external collaboration
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CA or Semi-Qualified CA is preferred
  • 3-6 years of work experience in finance or related domains
  • Proficiency in financial tools and software is a plus
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to meet tight deadlines
