**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain an error-free tally of physical stock against recorded inventory in coordination with the accounting department.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
- **Raw Material Issuance**:

- Issue raw materials to production as per job order Bill of Material (BOM) promptly.
- Monitor and record any additional raw material issuance.
- **Record-keeping**:

- Maintain up-to-date BIN cards reflecting all issues, receipts, and balances of raw materials without discrepancies.
- **Stock Level Monitoring**:

- Provide a regular list of minimum stocks, reorder levels, and excess stocks to the Purchase department.
- Ensure inventory is balanced and optimized.
- **Material Inward Verification**:

- Verify the quantity and quality of all incoming materials from vendors before updating records.
- **Balance Management**:

- Efficiently manage the return of unused raw materials from the production department to minimize overuse of raw materials.

**Daily Routine**:

- Issue raw materials based on job order BOM.
- Monitor and record additional raw material issuance.
- Manage returns of unused materials to the store.
- Verify quantities of incoming materials from vendors.
- Maintain up-to-date BIN cards to reflect all transactions concerning raw materials.

**Experience Required**:

- Experience in inventory control and management in a manufacturing setting.
- Coordination with procurement and production departments.
- Vendor management for material receipts.

**Key Deliverables**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Deliverable: Maintain an error-free tally of physical stock against recorded inventory.

- Deliverable: Facilitate timely and accurate issuance of raw materials to production as per job order BOM, ensuring no production delays.
- **Record-keeping**:

- Deliverable: Maintain up-to-date BIN cards reflecting all issues, receipts, and balances of raw materials.
- **Stock Level Monitoring**:

- Deliverable: Provide regular updates on minimum stocks, reorder levels, and excess stocks to the Purchase department.
- **Material Inward Verification**:

- Deliverable: Ensure all incoming materials from vendors are verified for quantity and quality before updating records.
- **Balance Management**:

- Deliverable: Efficiently handle unused raw materials from the production department to minimize overuse of raw materials.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- **Inventory Accuracy Rate**:

- Definition: The percentage of accurate physical inventory counts against the records in the accounting system.
- Market Standard: Aim for an accuracy rate of 98-99%.
- **Record Accuracy**:

- Definition: The accuracy rate of maintained BIN cards reflecting all issues, receipts, and balances.
- Market Standard: Aim for 100% accuracy.
- **Material Issuance Time**:

- Definition: The time taken to issue raw materials to the production department after receiving a job order BOM.
- Market Standard: Aim to keep this time under 30 minutes.

**Future Growth**:

- The Inventory Executive is expected to become an expert in their role and grow into a team lead position.

- Relevant experience in inventory management within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong coordination skills with procurement and production departments.
- Excellent record-keeping and organizational abilities.
