As we continue to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Associate to join our team and support our inventory management operations.

**Job Overview**: The Inventory Associate will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring timely and efficient handling of inventory, and supporting overall warehouse operations. This role is crucial in ensuring that our racking products are accurately tracked and readily available to meet customer demands.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
- Perform regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and system records.
- Update and maintain accurate inventory records in the company’s inventory management system.
- **Receiving and Shipping**:

- Assist with the receipt of incoming shipments, including inspecting, verifying, and recording inventory.
- Coordinate with the shipping team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
- Label and organize inventory items appropriately to facilitate easy access and retrieval.
- **Stock Organization**:

- Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse, including the proper placement and racking of products.
- Ensure that racking systems are used effectively and safely to optimize warehouse space.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Prepare and submit inventory reports, including stock levels, turnover rates, and other relevant metrics.
- Document and report any inventory-related issues, such as damaged goods or discrepancies.
- **Quality Control**:

- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that inventory items meet company standards.
- Address and resolve issues related to inventory quality and accuracy.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Comply with company policies and industry regulations related to inventory management.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional coursework in logistics, inventory management, or related fields is a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in inventory management, warehousing, or a related field is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, is a plus.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- **Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift and carry heavy items, as required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
