**Key Responsibilities1. Operations Management**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations in the hotel's restaurant, café, room service, and other FnB outlets.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Coordinate with chefs and service staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
- Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for smooth service delivery.

**2. Customer Experience**:

- Address guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a high standard of guest satisfaction by consistently monitoring service quality.
- Create memorable dining experiences that align with Indie Stays’ boutique ethos.

**3. Staff Supervision and Training**:

- Train, mentor, and supervise service staff to ensure top-tier performance.
- Schedule shifts and manage staffing needs during peak and off-peak periods.
- Foster a team culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability.

**4. Financial Oversight**:

- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and controlling FnB-related expenses.
- Monitor revenue and contribute ideas for promotions and up-selling to increase sales.
- Analyze financial reports to identify areas for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.

**5. Inventory and Procurement**:

- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of supplies.
- Work with vendors to source quality products at competitive rates.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to minimize wastage and shrinkage.

**6. Marketing and Promotions**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns.
- Curate special events, menus, or themed dining experiences to attract guests.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
