**Position**:Office Administrator
We're seeking a dependable Office Administrator to seamlessly handle administrative tasks, ensuring optimal support for our staff's efficiency. This pivotal role involves bookkeeping, mentoring office assistants, and contributing to the overall growth of our company.

Efficient Office Coordination: Oversee office activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and enhancing overall efficiency.T
**Management Support**: Organize agendas, travel arrangements, and appointments for upper management, managing phone calls and correspondence.
**Financial Oversight**: Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures to maintain financial accuracy.
**Record Keeping**: Maintain up-to-date records and databases containing personnel, financial, and other relevant data.
**Supply Management**: Monitor office supplies, ensuring stock levels are adequate, and place orders when necessary.
**Reporting and Presentation**: Submit timely reports and assist in preparing presentations/proposals as assigned.
**Collaborative Support**: Provide assistance to colleagues whenever needed, fostering a collaborative work environment.
**Requirements and Skills**:
Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or in a similar role.
**Communication Skills**: Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
**Organizational Leadership**:Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
**Familiarity**:Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
**Tech Proficiency**:Excellent proficiency in MS Office and office management software (ERP, etc.).
**Qualifications**:Qualifications in secretarial studies will be advantageous. A high school diploma is required, and a BSc/BA in office administration or a relevant field is preferred.
