**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward phone calls to the appropriate department or person.
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain a visitor log and issue visitor badges as necessary.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Manage office supplies and ensure stock levels are maintained.
- Provide general information about the company, its services, and policies to visitors and callers.
- Ensure smooth communication between departments and assist in scheduling and logistics.
- Perform other office duties as required by management.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional qualifications or a degree in Business Administration is a plus).
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar front-office role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
