As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and guests. Your responsibilities will include greeting and assisting visitors, answering phone calls, handling inquiries, and providing general administrative support.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Greeting and Welcoming Visitors**:
- Warmly greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office.
- Provide information about the company, its services, and direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area to create a professional and inviting atmosphere.
**Answering Phone Calls and Inquiries**:
- Handle incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate individuals.
- Take accurate messages and deliver them promptly to the intended recipients.
- Respond to general inquiries and provide information to callers in a polite and professional manner.
**Administrative Support**:
- Assist in managing the scheduling and coordination of meetings, conferences, and appointments.
- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Managing Access and Security:
- Monitor and control access to the premises by ensuring visitors sign in and out and issue visitor badges.
- Collaborate with security personnel to maintain a safe and secure environment.
- Manage and update employee contact lists and directories.
**Communication and Coordination**:
- Liaise with internal staff members, departments, and external stakeholders as necessary.
- Relay messages and provide necessary information to employees and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other administrative personnel to ensure smooth office operations.
Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Friendly and professional demeanor with strong customer service orientation.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using office equipment such as telephone systems and computer software (e.g., MS Office).
- Ability to handle stressful situations with composure and maintain a positive attitude.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is preferred, but not mandatory.
**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
