**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans, campaigns, and promotions across multiple channels (digital, print, outdoor, in-store, etc.).
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
- Coordinate with advertising, media, and creative agencies to execute marketing campaigns.
- Manage product launches, sampling drives, and promotional events.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance and ROI; provide regular reports and recommendations.
- Collaborate with sales and trade marketing teams to align brand activities with retail execution.
- Support in the development of packaging, POS materials, and product communication.
- Maintain marketing inventory, promotional items, and merchandising materials.
- Track competitor activities and maintain a competitor database.
- Assist in digital and social media content creation and community management
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
