**Assistant Vice President (CASA - Sales)**

**Position**

Assistant Vice President (CASA - Sales)
- Building up Sales Distribution infrastructure & implementing annual sales strategy in line with the marketing plans.
- Formulate a robust sales strategy with a view to increase overall business, enhance product penetration and raised market share
- Implementing strategies for achievement of sales target in line with Annual Business Plan (ABP).
- Ensure efficient adoption of all sales processes in line with organizational strategy.
- Analyze market trends and competitors' activities to Strategize on marketing campaigns & evaluate the success on monthly basis on execution, effective utilization of promotion tools etc.
- Provide regular reports/MIS as per the requirement of the top management

**Job Requirements**
- At least 5 years experience in front line sales of Premium CASA
- At least 3 years experience as Sales Manager/Regional/Zonal sales head or handled sales executive team of above 20 and covering geographical areas across multiple states.

**Job Specific skills**
- Good understanding of CASA products
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good command over sales process
- Excellent team building and retention skills

**Job Location**

Thane (Mumbai)

**Salary**: ₹900,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
