Department: Digital BranchRole Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Vice President (AVP) - Performance Marketing to lead the digital marketing strategies for our Investment products. This individual will be responsible for driving high-impact campaigns, optimizing acquisition funnels, managing performance channels, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue and customer acquisition targets.

1. Campaign Strategy & Execution:
Develop, execute, and optimize SEO, SEM, display ads, social media, programmatic, and affiliate marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and acquisition for loans and cards.
Manage end-to-end campaigns, from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
2. Performance Optimization:
Continuously track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI, reduce CPA, and improve conversion rates.
Use A/B testing and multivariate experiments to optimize creatives, landing pages, and funnel flows.
3. Channel Management:
Lead strategy across key digital channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, programmatic platforms, and emerging channels.
Ensure optimal media allocation between organic and paid channels for sustainable growth.
4. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
Work closely with the product team to align marketing efforts with product launches and offers.
Partner with sales and customer success teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and conversion.
5. Vendor & Agency Management:
Manage relationships with external agencies and partners for creative development, paid media, and performance tracking.
Negotiate media buys and evaluate third-party tools and platforms.
6. Reporting & Analytics:
Build dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CAC, LTV, CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS.
Prepare detailed campaign performance reports for senior management with actionable insights.
7. Compliance & Risk Management:
Ensure all campaigns comply with internal policies, industry regulations, and data privacy standards.
Monitor fraud risk and coordinate with the risk management team as needed.Qualifications & Experience:
7+ years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 3 years leading marketing efforts for financial products (preferably loans or cards).
Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid platforms.
Strong knowledge of MarTech tools (e.g., CRM, CDP, analytics tools) and web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
Demonstrated success in managing budgets and achieving KPIs related to lead generation and customer acquisition.
Experience in data-driven decision-making and campaign optimization through A/B testing.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.Skills & Competencies:
Strong analytical mindset with a passion for metrics-driven marketing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage external vendors and internal teams.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities.
Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance is a plus.
