Our business involves international procurement, domestic distribution, and project-based logistics, with a network of OEM partners across Europe and Asia.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Vendor Management

Coordinate with overseas and domestic vendors for timely order acknowledgment, production updates, and dispatch readiness.

Prepare and release purchase orders (POs) based on sales team inputs and quotation finalization.

Track vendor performance in terms of delivery timelines, packing quality, and documentation.

Documentation & Compliance

Maintain updated records of POs, invoices, import documentation, GRNs, and client dispatch reports.

Ensure compliance with import-export rules, GST, and MSME procurement policies.

Coordinate with internal accounts and auditors for reconciliations and documentation audits.

Cross-functional Coordination

Work closely with sales, inside sales, and accounts teams to meet client delivery timelines.

Update order status to stakeholders and escalate delays if required.

Ensure alignment between sales order, vendor PO, and client requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.

3+ years of experience in supply chain/logistics coordination, preferably in industrial or engineering sectors.

Familiarity with import procedures, INCOTERMS, and freight documentation.

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple shipments.

Preferred Qualities

Experience in handling capital equipment or spares logistics.

Exposure to EPC supply contracts, NTPC/BHEL dispatch procedures, and customs clearance.

Ability to work with international time zones and coordinate with OEMs in Korea, Germany, etc.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
