**Job Title**: Reel Creator

**Location**: M.G Roda Agra, India

**Experience**: 2-5 years

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Content Creation**:

- Develop engaging and creative video content for various platforms including social media (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), websites, and marketing campaigns.
- Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit videos to produce high-quality and visually appealing content.

2. **Storyboarding and Scripting**:

- Create storyboards and scripts for video projects, outlining the flow of the narrative, scenes, and dialogue.
- Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm ideas and develop compelling concepts for video content.

3. **Video Production**:

- Coordinate all aspects of video production, including location scouting, casting, scheduling, and equipment setup.
- Direct talent and crew during filming to ensure the successful execution of the creative vision.

4. **Editing and Post-Production**:

- Edit raw footage to produce polished and cohesive video content, incorporating visual effects, sound effects, music, and graphics as needed.
- Enhance video quality through color correction, audio mixing, and other post-production techniques.

5. **Social Media Management**:

- Manage and maintain social media channels dedicated to video content, including uploading and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Stay updated on platform algorithms and trends to optimize content for maximum reach and engagement.

6. **Creative Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with graphic designers, animators, and other creative professionals to integrate visual elements and enhance storytelling in video content.
- Work closely with marketing and branding teams to ensure consistency with brand guidelines and messaging.

**Key Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.

2. Proven experience as a Reel Creator, Video Producer, or similar role, with 2-5 years of experience in video production and content creation.

3. Strong storytelling skills and the ability to convey messages effectively through visual storytelling.

4. Creative flair and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to bring ideas to life through video content.

5. Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
