The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, engaging with customers, explaining products and services and maintaining client relationships. No fieldwork - office-based or remote options available.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle outbound and inbound calls with potential and existing customers
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services and offers
- Maintain and update customer records and follow up as needed
- Meet assigned daily/weekly call and conversion targets
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure excellent service
- Good communication skills in Hindi, English or regional languages
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
- Positive attitude and confident personality
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- CRM knowledge is an added advantage (training provided)

**Preferred Computer Skills**
- Data entry using Google Sheets, forms or Excel
- Understanding of CRM systems (training provided if needed)
