**Role Description**:
- Prepare and present all food items as per Delhi Chai Café’s standard recipes and hygiene protocols.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all dishes, especially chai variations and café-style snacks.
- Supervise kitchen operations including inventory, raw material usage, and stock rotation.
- Train and guide junior kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and compliance with FSSAI standards.
- Innovate and contribute to seasonal menu development and regional flavour adaptations.
- Coordinate with the café manager for smooth kitchen and front-end coordination.
**Required Skills**:
- Proficiency in preparing Indian snacks, fusion dishes, and tea-based beverages.
- Good understanding of kitchen operations, hygiene practices, and food costing.
- Ability to manage kitchen staff and work under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of inventory control and vendor coordination.
- Creativity in experimenting with new recipes and Flavors.
